We ship pan-India, factory-direct from Sivakasi. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the day your order ships, depending on your location and pincode. Rural areas may take a little longer.

Cancellation or Return of Goods
Cancellation Policy:
As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please contact our team to cancel your order.
- You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it. Call us at +91 78455 92542 with your order number for any cancellation.
Return Policy:
Given the nature of fireworks products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we will make it right.
- Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, by calling +91 78455 92542 or emailing avcrackersandtraders@gmail.com. AV Pyro Park will review each case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
