SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship pan-India from Sivakasi. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the day your order ships, depending on your location and pincode. Rural areas may take a little longer.
Your order with standard products can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. We usually process all orders within a couple of hours of it being placed. So, in case you would like to cancel the order, please get in touch with us at the earliest.
It depends on the status of your order at that time of request. Get in touch with us within 24-48 hours after placing the order for changes.
Given the nature of fireworks products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped. We do accept returns for damaged or incorrect items — report these within 48 hours of delivery and our team will arrange a replacement or refund.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Once the store confirm the order you will get the payment details for the same.
We provide a wide variety of payment options ranging from UPIs to Bank Transfer. Once order is confirmed by the store you will get payment details .
It usually take 7-15 working days for the amount to get credited back to your account. Some banks may take extra 1 or 2 days to process it.
If your account isn’t charged you can place a new order or contact us directly to confirm the order.
